Boujwoatt – Fellowships

(Boujwoatt means “coming together in a spirit of cooperation” in Kashmiri.)

Designed especially for youth, the Boujwoatt Fellowships are immersive
experiences for personal leadership, regenerative thinking, and careers of
service in Kashmir and the greater Himalayan region. Fellows:

  • Design their own learning journeys based on MOOL’s core values
  • Receive training in sustainability, farming, community development,
    and eco-entrepreneurship
  • Gain access to mentors, local innovators, and global allies
  • Collaborate with peers to overcome social and personal challenges

The fellowships are best suited for individuals (ages 18 to 30 preferred) who
want to chart their own paths and make meaningful contributions to their
communities and ecosystems. Internships and volunteering opportunities are
also available.
