panun* – integrated practices resource center
Aiding our quest for a sustainable lifestyle, this program conducts participatory research, documents, collects and shares knowledge on indigenous traditions, practices and resources focusing on nutrition, clothing, shelter, and farming for resource sharing and a healthy individual, family and community life. The program, through collaboration with people and institutions engaged in similar efforts in and outside Kashmir, endeavors to integrate such indigenous traditions, practices and wisdom with new knowledges and our ever-evolving needs.
Mool collaborates with community members to disseminate information and expose local people particularly youth and farmers to this kind of knowledge and resources. Mool also supports and facilitates entrepreneurship to explore eco-friendly businesses geared towards sustainability.
Please write to us at moolsustainability@gmail.com in case you have any questions or want to contribute your knowledge or other resources.
Thank you!
